FAQs

Q: Are sessions online or in-person?

A: Currently, I am online only. This keeps my running costs down, enables me to see clients from all over the state, and is more accessible for everyone. I may open an office space in the future, but it is not this day.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: I do take some insurance plans through The Shelterwood Collective. Currently, I am able to bill In Network with Premera and Lifewise. If you do not have either of those plans, I take private pay and can provide a superbill if your insurance plan has Out of Network coverage. For more information about this, see my Services page.

Q: What’s your availability?

A: I am accepting new clients at this time (current as of September 1, 2026).

Q: Do you see teens or kids?

A: My teen client roster is currently full. If you are still interested in a few months, check back in and contact me to see if that has changed.
